Allow Joe to guide you into relaxation; breathe and rest using a combination of practices including Scaravelli-inspired Yoga, mindfulness, meditation and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation)

A perfect way to start the weekend!
Wear something comfortable ( gym pants / pjs) and bring along your favourite blanket or warm layers so you can feel cosy as you settle into preparing for a restful evening.
The session seemed so gentle and relaxed but, was for me very powerful.My expectations were met and some! I would definitively recommendthe Inner Calm session to others.
I wanted to find peace for my mind and a release of tension for my body.I felt such calm and peace throughout and a wonderful sense of wellbeingas the session closed. I would definitively recommend it!
Loved it! wasn’t sure what to expect but the ambience when I walked in,the low lighting, the warmth of the room, the gentler movements madefor a nurturing evening session. I felt relaxed and lighter when leaving.
