During the Introduction to Mindfulness session we’ll cover some of the basic principles of Mindfulness. You’ll get the opportunity to explore and play with some of the simple and easy ways so you can begin to relish your life to the full.
There will be time to discuss the practices and consider how you’ll be able to integrate them into your everyday lives. This session is all about Noticing and the relishing exercise is always popular with some tasty nibbles to sample in a Mindfulness way! Be warned there may even be chocolate …….

The full Mindfulness Course includes the additional topics
- Perspective Taking
- Urge Surfing
The course is delivered in two four and a half hour workshops ( this includes a refreshment break). The maximum per course will be 6 as this will allow for exploration and integration.
The price for the full course is £125 per person payable in full on booking.
