Friday 17th at 7.15pm – 9pm
Slow winding down from the week with a welcome herbal tea then gentle unwinding combining posture (asana), breathing practices (pranayama), relaxation and ending in a yummy yoga nidra. Return home for a good nights’ rest.
Saturday 18th 8.30am – 1.30pm
Arrive the next morning to begin with opening practices of conscious movement, pranayama, mindfulness self care practices and discussion, chocolate meditation plus guided relaxation to close.
Lunch and healthy treats will be provided on the Saturday and herbal teas.
All levels of yoga experience welcome and equipment provided.
