Weekly Sessions at The Loft
PLEASE NOTE : Pre booking is required for all sessions. The Loft provides an airy and calm Yoga space for small groups ( currently a maximum of 6/8 ) to enable Joe to give you more support. Mats and blankets are provided plus water and herbal tea is available.
Classes are open to all however if you are brand new to yoga then why not look at the yoga beginners course.
Relax & Explore – Tuesdays 9.45am – 11.15am & Wednesday 9.45am – 11.15am
- If you devote time to training and personal development but have never thought of doing it through yoga, you’re in for a treat. Everyone is welcome to this rewarding and inspiring session but if you’re a creative, a health worker or self-employed, this is your space to hit pause and re-set.
Relax & Restore – Tuesday 6.30pm – 8pm
Busy day? Wind down with Relax & Restore – a movement and meditation-filled way of leaving the stresses behind, leaving you calm and revived.
Cost: Pay On The Day Rate £12 per session or invest in a Yoga Pass £60 for 6 sessions ( you get 1 FREE!)
Monthly session – Inner Calm – Friday 7.30pm – 9pm
Find it difficult to stop and to take time out for yourself? Perhaps it’s time for you to come to this end of week relaxation session.
Allow Joe to guide you into relaxation; breathe and rest using a combination of practices including Scaravelli-inspired Yoga, mindfulness, meditation and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation)
Leave with a renewed sense of inner calm and feel more like you. A perfect way to end the week and begin the weekend!
Cost £15. Part payment can be made with Yoga Pass plus an extra £5.

Joe successfully completed her 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training course with the Yoga Health Mandala in 2016 affiliated to the Yoga Alliance. In 2015 she completed the British Wheel of Yoga foundation course.
Joe continues to explore and has sought further training with Vanda’s direct students Diane Long and John Stirk and also those who have been influenced by her teachings such as Bill Wood and Robin Stamm.

Open to all however those with no/ little experience are encouraged to attend a Yoga beginners course to get a basic understanding of the key Yogic principles and practices.

- Consists of 4 consecutive 90 minute sessions exploring some of the basic elements of Yoga from breathing ( pranayama), postures (asanas) seated, standing and lying, meditation, use of hand gestures (mudras), voice work (mantras) and relaxation.
